The property has 2 bright and contemporary bathrooms. The main bathroom houses a luxurious freestanding bath and wet room shower and while the second is a separate guest powder room. Not to mention the master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite.
Guests will have plenty of room to wind down with 2 spacious living areas along with a separate study/sitting room. Cosy up by the open fireplace in the main lounge room (wood supplied) and enjoy the lush scenery of Mansfield through the large windows, or enjoy a quiet moment to read in the second living room. Stay warm through winter and cool in summer with heating/cooling throughout the whole house.
With the fully equipped modern kitchen and generous butlers pantry feeding a large group will be no hassle. There’s plenty of room for more than one cook in the kitchen!
No need to pack your entire closet, the property offers a modern laundry complete with a washer and dryer.
Outside the house, guests will find a large covered entertaining area with a fully equipped BBQ & plenty of seating to enjoy a group dinner. Alternatively, if it gets a bit chilly, the dining table indoors can comfortably accommodate everyone.
