Mansfield Coffee Merchant’s five-kilogram Roastmax coffee roaster sets the tone sitting pride of place in the front window.
The delicious smell of freshly ground coffee hits you as you enter a modern, light-filled space. From here, let their attentive wait staff take over as they guide you through the coffees on offer, perhaps a blend or a single origin from Ethiopia through an alternative brewing technique such as a pour over, aeropress or syphon.
From here you can choose a delicious meal from their all-day menu. A selection of modern food that draws from multiple cuisine styles, using the freshest ingredients, sourced locally where possible. As they are also fully licensed you may choose to ignore the coffee and head straight for a local wine, beer or cocktail, or combine the two with their signature espresso martini.
Mansfield Coffee Merchant’s goal is pretty simple; they want people to enjoy the coffee and food they offer with attentive, friendly service in an inviting and comfortable environment.

The Produce Store
The Mansfield Regional Produce Store, known to locals simply as The Produce Store, is the place in town to eat, meet and relax.
Located in the busy country town of Mansfield and only two and a half hours from Melbourne, The Produce Store is the perfect place to stop a bite to eat, a cup of coffee or a slice of home made cake.
Built in 1895, the high ceilings and crafted rafters of their rustic building help create a wonderful ambience that you will discover the moment you walk in. Once inside it will be time to decide where to start.
The Produce Stores shelves are loaded with local produce, giftware and an extensive range of regional wines. They can also help you create your own picnic basket full of delicious goodies.

Mansfield Farmers Market
The Mansfield Farmers Market is a fresh and artisan produce market held year-round in the median strip opposite the Post Office – right in the centre of Mansfield – on the fourth Saturday of the month.
Over 30 colourful marquees set up on the grassy median strip right in the middle of town, showcasing the best fresh and artisan produce from the region, such as cheese, sourdough bread, olive oil, free-range meats and eggs and other fresh produce.
Operated by Walker Events, the farmers’ market was awarded the Victorian Tourism Award for Food Tourism in 2013.
With visitors able to interact with the people who have grown or made the food, the market promotes a greater awareness of food provenance and food miles.
The Mansfield Farmers’ Market is a great way to buy fresh food as well as catch up with friends.

Swiftcrest Distillery
Swiftcrest Distillery is a small family distillery striving to make the best spirits in the world from the best biodynamic and organic ingredients. Set on a family farm of 120 acres they have stunning views to Mt Buller and across the Delatite Valley.
They are one of Australia’s, if not the worlds, most sustainable distilleries. They are completely off-grid and use deadfall timber gathered on their property to run a wood-fired steam boiler to heat their stills.
Their natural spring is fed from the melting snows of nearby Mt Buller and filters through a granite range providing them with the pure clean crystal clear water that makes their spirits so unique and adds to their sense of terroir.
Located only ten minutes from the picturesque town of Mansfield, Swiftcrest Distillery is available to visit for pre-booked Distillery Tours.
